Community Garden Project
The Community Garden Project was created in late May of 2005. The project provides an avenue where juvenile offenders can be held accountable for their actions by affording them the opportunity to work off victim restitution, fines and community service hours. The Community Garden has been expanded in 2014 to include a second location. The main garden is located next to the Krause McCarthy Joint Operation Center and the new garden is next to the Central Court Building. Both areas are securely enclosed by a fence to protect from vandals and more importantly, Groundhogs!
