Description

This District Court has jurisdiction over the following areas:

  • Ellwood City Borough
  • Ellport Borough
  • Little Beaver Township
  • Enon Valley Borough
  • Wampum Borough
  • New Beaver Borough
  • Wayne Township
  • Perry Township
  • Slippery Rock Township

This court handles the actions associated with traffic citations and nontraffic citations, the filing of criminal complaints, and holds proceedings on civil and landlord/tenant cases seeking up to $12,000.00.
