About Us

Directed by District Court Administrator Amy DiMuccio, under the Administrative Office of the Pennsylvania Courts and the Lawrence County President Judge, this office oversees scheduling and management of the Court of Common Pleas as well as the Magisterial District Courts. The Court Administrator is also responsible for the operation of all court-related departments: Adult Probation, Domestic Relations, Juvenile Services, Jury Services and the Law Library.

The 52nd Judicial District, like all districts in the Commonwealth, reports to the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts. AOPC monitors the efficiency of each district by recording statistical information on the filing and disposition of cases on both a monthly and annual basis. The Court Administrator's office is responsible for recording and forwarding such data to AOPC, which reports to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
