Lawrence County Domestic Relations
What We Do
Domestic Relations is part of the Family Court. The Family Court is a division of the Lawrence County Court of Common Pleas. Although it has other duties, the Domestic Relations Section is mainly responsible for working with families to establish and collect support for children and spouses.
About the Department
The Domestic Relations Section is made up of judges, administrators, conference officers, enforcement officers, investigators, attorneys and various technical and clerical workers. The staff is assisted by a large computer system which is used to track cases, keep financial records, and is a tool which helps in the enforcement of support orders.
- Domestic Relations is located across Court Street from the the main courthouse. We occupy the upper floor of the white building with the pillars.
- There is plenty of free parking throughout the Lawrence County Government Center complex.
